Sheikh Khalid Saidan

Sheikh Khalid Saidan is a leading young religious scholar and sheikh of Qur’an recitation at the Uthman Pasha Madrasa. He is also the khatib of the Friday prayer at the famous Darghut Pasha Mosque in Tripoli. He is one of the leading figures in the formation of the League of Libyan Ulema and plays a critical role in the articulation of a mainstream and moderate Islamic theology in the country.
