KRM and LIAS Honour Young Libyan Scholar in Tunis

Kalam Research and Media (KRM) and the Libya Institute for Advanced Studies (LIAS) held a ceremony in Tunis to honour Dr. Ahmed Mohamed Jadallah for a attaining a doctorate.

Dr Aref Ali Nayed, Chairman of Kalam Research and Media (KRM) and the Libya Institute for Advanced Studies (LIAS), held a ceremony in Tunis on 17 June 2022 in honor of Libyan scholar Dr. Ahmed Mohamed Jadallah for having received his doctorate from the prestigious Zaytuna University in Tunis, Tunisia.

Dr Ahmed Jadallah presented, in the presence of his uncle, Professor Al-Senussi Jadallah, a copy of his thesis to Dr. Aref Ali Nayed. KRM and LIAS have jointly committed to publishing his thesis. KRM-LIAS have already published more than ten titles by Dr. Jadallah on key Libyan manuscripts on biographies of famous scholars, poetry, literature, history, Arabic language, and mysticism.
 
The ceremony was attended by Libyan professors and doctoral students currently at Tunisian universities, and it included a discussion on the duties of a university professor towards his country, on standards in scientific research, the importance of intensive reading religious students in order to produce first rate research, the importance of taking care of our Libya’s manuscript heritage.
