Kalam Research and Media (KRM) and the Islamic and Strategic Studies Institute (ISSI) held an inaugural lecture by Sheikh Muhammad Al-Yaqouby and book launch by Dr Gibril Fouad Al-Haddad on on the terror group ISIS. The lecture and book launch was held on 17 March 2018 at The Cube at the University of Malaya in Kuala Lumpur.
The Launching Ceremony of the Book written by Shaykh Dr. Gibril al-Haddad entitled “The Incineration of Persons in Jihad, Criminal Penalties and Reprisals: A Critique of ISIS’s Argument in Light of the Sources” (published by the Islamic and Strategic Studies Institute).
An inaugural lecture on the topic “Preventing the Coming of New ISIS and Its Clones: Reassertion of Islamic Thought and Tradition” was presented by Sheikh Muhammad Al-Yaqouby. The programme was attended by 100 participants not only from Malaysia but also from the United Kingdom and Australia.
