The main focus of this essay is the philosophical problematic nature of God’s Divine Wrath. As such it deals with the essence of the concept of theodicy and justice, the question of Divine Wrath, Eternal Punishment, and the existence of (eternal) Hell. Shaykh Foudeh explores this problematic as a response to the writings of Adnan Ibrahim, a contemporary Islamic scholar and two medieval scholars, respectively Ibn Taymiya (d. 1328) and his student Ibn Qayyim (d.1350).
